I really love KOVOT Heat Resistant Silicone BBQ Gloves because the work perfectly. The come in a one size fits all as they are pretty roomy in them. They have grippers on them to keep you from dropping what you are holding. These say for BBQ but I use them mainly in the kitchen as oven mitts. I have used them several times so far and picked up heavy pans out of the oven and never got burned. You can not even feel the heat inside the glove, so I know there will be no issue in using them for the grill. These gloves are very easy to clean sine they are made of silicone, just wipe clean with soap and water. I recommend these gloves as there are a million different things you can use them for, not just cooking.
