I have never been able to dance in my whole life. I wanted to learn how to do but was always to shy to try in front of people or go to someone to teach me. It is very easy to learn the dances as each disk gives step by step instructions on how to perform the dance. It is not fast paced and very easy to keep up with. Doing it at home allows you to hit pause, rewind or fast forward so you can learn at your own pace. The dances are very fun and not to mention it is a form of exercise.
