I was never a big cooker until about three years ago and now I cook all the time. I am always looking or new things for my kitchen and to mix up and cook different ways. The steamer is 100% stainless steel so it is really great quality and will not rust. It comes packaged and folded up. You can pull the sides out to adjust it and make it larger. The steamer will fit in most size pots and is very easy to use. Open the sides, place veggies in it. Get your pot with small amount of water, about enough to go to the top of the legs of the steamer. Put the the steamer in the pot and put a lid on it. It works really well and veggies come out tasting wonderful. There is a ring in the middle for you to easily lift the steamer with out hurting or burning yourself. It is simple to clean no scrubbing needed and it all folds back up for easy storage.
