I have always heard all the great and wonderful things about essential oils. I just recently got into them myself. I go the Bergamot Essential Oil by New Directions Aromatics and I love it. It is 100% pure. It comes in a 0.3 ounce amber bottle. The bottle is amber to maintain freshness. The top of the bottle has a dropper insert for easy use. You can tip the bottle over and only a drop will come out at a time. This keeps you from using to much and wasting. I use this in my oil diffuser that takes water so I only put 2-3 drops of oil in it, so this bottle will last a very long time. The smell is one you have to get use to but over time I have come to enjoy it. It is not to strong and overwhelming. I have used this with a carrier oil for sore muscles in my legs. I rubbed in on and it did relieve some of the pain I had.
