I just recently got into the whole essential oil's kick. I have done a lot of research and noticed all of the wonderful benefits they each have. This one is no different. I got the Lemon Essential Oil by New Directions Aromatics and its amazing. I comes in a 15 ml amber bottle. The bottle is amber to maintain freshness. It has plenty of health benefits such as promotes digestion, eases a sore throat, gets rid of cough and so much more, not to mention you can use it to make face creams, soaps or just about anything. It does work as my almost 10 year old has been fighting a bad cough at night and I diffuse in in the evening before he goes to sleep and he sleeps all night cough free. It smells wonderful as well and I love to use it in my diffuser right after I clean the house. It just makes the whole house smell amazing and clean.
